Are you still trying to figure out why Richard Sherman was so, er, excited after his Seahawks beat the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game last night? Like most of America, you're probably wondering why he ripped Michael Crabtree in his post-game interview and ignited a whirlwind of emotion on Twitter. So a short time ago, he explained himself in a column he put together for MMQB.

In the column, Sherman reveals why he went off on Crabtree after the game. He also talks about why he directed a choking sign at Colin Kaepernick. He throws some shots at Brandon Weeden, Brian Hoyer, and Jason Campbell while illustrating a point about Crabtree. He rips Seattle's fans for dumping popcorn on 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman while he was being carted off the field with an injury. And he touches on the challenges that the Seahawks are going to face when they play the Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII. It's a little all over the place. But it's a must-read if you've followed Sherman's shenanigans over the course of the last 18 hours or so.

You can check the column out over here. Let us know if it helps you understand why Sherman behaved the way he behaved last night.
