Who knew that Ice Cream Truck companies functioned so much like gangs...delicious, creamy gangs? Mr. Ding-A-Ling drivers from Gloversville, NY called the police to complain about harassment from rival Sno Cone Joe owner Joshua Malatino and his girlfriend, Amanda Scott.

The issue began with Malatino pulling up next to Mr. Ding-A-Ling trucks and shouting things like "You don't have a chance" or "This is my town!" When attempting to intimidate the competition while driving a brightly colored truck playing cutesy music didn't work, he started shadowing his rivals and proclaiming "free ice cream" to any potential customers.

Malatino and Scott have been charged with harassment and misdemeanor stalking, and could get up to three months in jail, which is just long enough to miss most of the prime ice cream sales season.

Police say that Malatino ran a rival company out of town last year.
