The highly anticipated (and much debated over) Acura NSX will be manufactured in a plant in Marysville, Ohio, according to AutoWeek. The 184,000-square-foot building, located next to Honda’s Marysville mega-plant, was once used to manufacture transmissions for Civics and Accords. Now, thanks to the new NSX, the plant will be used for more exotic purposes.

According to a source at Honda, prototypes of the NSX will be ready for press test drives within 12 months (we are already salivating). Additionally, Honda plans to market the mid-engined NSX as a direct competitor to the Porsche 911 and Audi R8, which means the price point should come in around $120,000 to $150,000.
