The headlights on Porsche Panamera and Cayenne models are notoriously easy to steal, and in Amsterdam 20 Porsche owners have reported theirs stolen over the last week. What's made the headlights such a hot item, you ask? Apparently, the xenon bulbs used in Porsche’s HID headlights produce enormous amounts of heat and light and are also super energy-efficient, a perfect combination for someone with a marijuana growing operation looking to save $100 to $500 for lamps. Following navigation systems and airbags, the headlights are apparently the third most stolen item.
