Sometime in the middle of the 2012-13 NFL season, Ben Roethlisberger's wife is going to have a baby. And, you know where he'll be? No, not sandwiched between Ray Lewis and Sergio Kindle after getting sacked. He won't be throwing touchdowns to Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown, either. Instead, Big Ben says he'll be right by his wife's side—even if she goes into labor on a Sunday.

"I'm not missing the birth of my child," he said recently. "There's no chance. I know some fans probably don't want to hear that, but there's no chance."

Good for him. Roethlisberger has made a lot of dumb decisions over the course of his career. But, this isn't one of them. Now, if we could only get the Steelers faithful to feel the same way…
