This hurts to watch. Yesterday, Lolo Jones came in fourth place in the 100m hurdles final and just missing out on medaling in the event. But, she was still brave enough to appear on the Today show this morning, where she answered questions about the race, her disappointment, and the media backlash that she received this week, namely from The New York Times. She was fine for the first half of the interview. But, when it came time to talk about the Times piece and the other criticism she's received for being so focused on getting her name and image out into the public in the months leading up to the Olympics, she broke down and cried. And, like we said, it hurt to watch.

Still, try to watch it if you can. It's one thing to get interviewed after you win when you're ecstatic. It's a totally different thing to get interviewed after you lose when you're devastated. We give her major props for doing it.
