It's a tough time to be a Mets fan. After a promising start to their 2012 season, they've been absolutely awful since the All-Star break. Then again, if you're a Mets fan, you're used to this kind of play by now, so it doesn't hurt so bad, does it?

"Marylou Cunningham Belles, of Bethel, CT, died July 13th, 2012, after giving cancer the finger for 27 years," the obit said. Best obituary ever? Well, that's definitely up for debate. But, it's damn good. And, as a Mets fan, it gives me a lot of hope. This team may hurt me…but it won't kill me. Great to know!
