Carlos Boozersucked for the Chicago Bulls during last night's playoff elimination game against the Philadelphia 76ers. And, sucked is actually an understatement. He scored just three points and wasn't even in the game down the stretch. So, it's pretty likely that he was in a foul mood after the Sixers won and knocked the Bulls—this year's No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference—out of the playoffs. But, that's no excuse for the completely ridiculous explanation that he tried to offer up to a reporter after the game. When asked to break down his second season with the Bulls, this is what he had to say.
"I thought I played well, especially with the kind of season it was," he explained. "We had the best record again in basketball, won our division again, had the top seed again, that's all that matters, yo."
Wait, what? That's is all that matters? What about winning a 'chip? What about winning a playoff series? Hell, what about scoring more than three points in the deciding game of a first-round playoff series? Isn't that what matters? SMH. Holla at your boy, Derrick Rose. Please.
