We know that Jay-Zjust renovated the 40/40 Club that he owns in New York City. But, he might have to do it again soon. Because, 40/40? Well, that might not be good enough anymore. Let us explain...

Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Matt Kemp has his sights set on making history this season. So, 40/40—or 40 home runs and 40 steals—simply won't do it. Instead, he wants to hit 50 homers and steal 50 bases before the season is over. It's a feat that's only been accomplished by two players before—Barry Bonds and Brady Anderson—and one that would certainly make Kemp worth every single penny of that eight-year, $160 million contract that he signed with the Dodgers in November 2011 after enjoying a career year last season.

"Anything is possible," he said recently. "I know what I'm capable of doing. I've shown it...I believe in myself to the most. I have confidence I can achieve it. I try to set my expectations as high as I can. I think I'm capable of doing it."

So, yeah. Get ready, Hov. The new 40/40 Club might already be outdated.
