For their latest drop, PUMA have mixed streetwear and performance influences to come up with the IGNITE Limitless. The streetwear element comes from the exaggerated proportions and features, like the bonded edges and bold branding. Performance, on the other hand, comes from the IGNITE FOAM midsole which gives comfort and the stability cage and forefoot strap which offer support.
The IGNITE Limitless are part of PUMA's Run The Streets campaign for Spring / Summer 2017. The campaign, which is fronted by the Weeknd, and the collection that goes with it are aimed at blurring the distinction between form and function and creating pieces that wouldn't look out of place on the track or on the streets.
