This year marks thirty years since the debut of ASICS’s landmark shoe featuring GEL technology in 1986, and to celebrate, ASICS Tiger have released the GEL 30th Anniversary Commemorative Model.
GEL technology changed the game in athletic shoe cushioning. From GEL's first release in the Asics GT-II model, GEL tooling has provided one of the most reliable, shock-absorbing and comfortable mid-sole cushions for both athletes and sneakerheads alike.
ASICS have now dropped a new colour scheme for the GEL-LYTE III, GEL-LYTE V, and GT-COOL XPRESS models, channeling Tron with an azure and black upper and classic white GEL soles.
