The Nike Air Presto was originally released at the turn of the new millennium, quite appropriate considering the year 2000 was meant to be a milestone year for mankind. When the Presto dropped it was an instant hit with the community, loved for it’s irreverent advertising, alpha sizing, ultimate comfort and ahead-of-its-time sock-like construction.

16 years on the iconic model is back in the form of the Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknit. Dubbed as a 'T-shirt for the foot’, the new interation's adaptable upper becomes even more defined thanks to the use of Flyknit technology. It also adds a stretch in the collar, ventilation for the toe and tongue, and added support in the heel and underneath the toecap.

Another new feature added to the Presto is the mid-cut collar that delivers an updated aesthetic, which fits in well with Nike’s other modern iterations of classic sneakers.

The Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknit will be dropping in six colourways and will be available in select Nike retailers from May 5. However, it will be available earlier from their webstore and the Nike SNKRS app from April 28.
