With comparisons to the 72-10 1996 Chicago Bulls, the Golden State Warriors are clearly a force to be reckoned with in the NBA today, but the Boston Celtics' guard Isaiah Thomas apparently knows what it takes to go up against them– the right sneakers.

Last night, the Boston Celtics ended the Warriors' 54-game home winning with a 109-106 victory, but it wasn't easy. Thomas ended the first half with 0 points while wearing a pair of black and green Nike Kobe 11s. For the second half, he laced up a pair of "All Star" Kobe 11s and dropped 22 points, leading the Celtics to the big win.

In a post-game interview Thomas said, "I switched my shoes. Them other shoes didn't have any buckets in them. I always know the "All Star" Kobe's would give me some type of buckets."

With results like that, it's gotta be the shoes.
