Following the releases of the "Alternate '90" and "Dunk From Above" Vs, Jordan Brand is continuing the Air Jordan V Low trend with a "Fire Red." First seen in a preview back in November, the official images are now here.
Unlike traditional "Fire Red" Vs, the low-top version features black netting on the sides an tongue, opposed to icy translucent. The small change might throw off some diehard sneakerheads, but the black netting makes for a more durable sneaker. As they age they wont suffer from the nasty yellowing common to translucent netting. The bottom, however, still features the original icy bottom.
The Air Jordan V Low "Fire Red" is scheduled to release on March 12 for $175 at 10 a.m. on Nike Store.
