It's no secret that adidas has been making some major moves in the last few years, and now the brand is building on its current momentum by expanding its workforce in Portland. According to Footwear News, the Three Stripes is looking to add 120 employees to its North American Headquarters, located in what's often referred to as the sneaker capital of the world.
To announce this plan, adidas North American President Mark King took to his LinkedIn to share some words and a video in an effort to recruit people who want to be part of the movement. "As we continue to grow, we need more great people to join our company. We want people who aren’t afraid to take risks, who want to break rules, be disruptive and find new ways of doing things. If you want to work here, you have to have big dreams. You have to believe that you can change not only the trajectory of a company, but the trajectory of an industry," said King. There is no question that adidas is experiencing a ton of growth in sales and cultural relevance, and now it's giving even more people a chance to be a part of it.
