We've seen a number of Air Jordan XXXs emerge since the debut colorway, and while most of them have been PEs, fans of the new silhouette will have a chance to cop another colorway soon. The "University Blue" XXX might look like the "UNC" PE version at first glance, but there some subtle differences. The Marquette men's basketball team initially showed these off, and now Nike Blog confirms that a release is coming next month.
As mentioned, this colorway sports a "University Blue," white, and black makeup, but goes with a bolder design on the upper, as opposed to the "UNC" pair that fades out the powder blue. Like all other XXX colorways, this pair keeps the orange tongue in tact, which appears to be one of the trademark design elements of this new Air Jordan model. If you aren't a member of the UNC basketball team, this pair is as close as you'll get to having their kicks for now.
This will release on March 5, for $200.
