For the diehard Nike fan with the deepest of pockets, a chance of a lifetime has presented itself.

According to a report from The Desert Sun, Nike co-founder and chairman Phil Knight has decided to sell one of his houses at the exclusive Madison Club in La Quinta, California. Knight, who purchased a second home earlier this year for $4.2 million dollars in the same community, is selling the property for $2.5 million, the same price he paid for it back in 2009.

While no photo of the home is available, it does offer a breathtaking view of the 13th hole of the club's golf course, an image of which you can see below. Knight, who will be stepping down as Nike chairman later this year, appears ready to enjoy the spoils of retirement.
