Marcus Jordan made headlines last month when he shared details about his new retail store, Trophy Room, and now we learn even more about what to expect from it. CNBC reports that along with support from Nike, Jordan is also getting help from his famous father.

Being one of the heirs to Michael Jordan's throne has to come with a lot pressure, but Marcus Jordan sounds like the perfect person to execute this store's concept. With a goal of giving customers a look and feel into Jordan's actual trophy room, few people would be able to provide more insight than one of Jordan's children. Michael Jordan has always been very protective with his person brand, so his involvement on this project speaks volumes to the preparation that is going into the Trophy Room's launch. "He's been 100 percent supportive and has a lot of knowledge and insight that has been really helpful to me," said Jordan. Michael Jordan definitely knows a thing or two about selling sneakers, so that experience combined with his son's vision will make Trophy Room a must-see for fans of the brand.
