Since its debut in 2013, Fear of God - one of Complex's best menswear labels of 2015, has continued to impress with each season and has developed a following of A-list celebrities and athletes including Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, and a host of others.

Looking to build and progress, Jerry Lorenzo has set his sights on the footwear industry. The Fear of God designer took to Instagram to share several images of his debut model, a style he's simply calling the "Military Sneaker." Lorenzo's initial offering, which is made in Italy, is cut taller than most traditional high-tops and features a removable ankle strap along with a ripple/wave outsole. Three colorways were shared including a "God Grey" model (seen in the lead photo and the one directly below), a classic black/white iteration featuring a neoprene upper, and another black/white model that makes use of a gum midsole.

With the fanaticism surrounding the sneaker game and all the buzz around Fear of God, the Military Sneaker could be one of 2016's more difficult cops despite its expected wallet punishing retail price. For those that can't wait to get their hands on these, they'll be dropping at Fear of God retailers beginning this Spring.
