Richard Hamilton Says the Air Jordan II Is His Favorite Sneaker to Play In

Aside from His Airness himself, there aren't many retired NBA players with a Jordan Brand plug like Richard Hamilton. Although "Rip" officially hung up his kicks back in 2013, his steady wave of Air Jordan shipments mean that he's often the one of the first people to show off upcoming colorways. However, today it's not a new colorway, but rather an early #TBT as Hamilton revealed his favorite pair to play in on Instagram. 

After flexing the "best" sneakers in his collection last month, Hamilton shared what he says is still his favorite pair to play in, the Air Jordan II. More specifically, it's a pair of "Rip City" PEs, but either way, it's an interesting choice from someone who has his own player exclusives in more performance-friendly models like XIV, XX, and XX3.
