Over the weekend, the Los Angeles Lakers' Nick Young made hypebeasts weep when he hit the court in a pair of adidas Yeezy 750 Boost sneakers. The flex-worthy footwear was soon followed by the news that Young had signed with adidas, and now the brand has officially acknowledged the deal.

According to Footwear News, it confirmed the new endorsement with adidas last night, making Young the latest player to join the Three Stripes' basketball roster after its $200M deal with James Harden earlier this year.

"I just signed with adidas, welcome to the Three Stripes, Swaggy P. And I had to come in with some style, and that's basically what it's all about," Young told Associated Press after wearing the Yeezy sneakers in Saturday's loss against the Rockets.

And from the sound of things, the 750 Boosts were only the beginning. "Swaggy P don't have no limits when it comes to shoes. As long as I can play I'm going to bring some heat out here," Young said.

Welcome to the Three Stripes, indeed. This should be good.
