Los Angeles streetwear veterans Undefeated have been holding down left coast for well over a decade now, and now the brand is getting the chance to collaborate on an equally O.G. Nike silhouette.
Previewed by Hypebeast, this Undefeated x NikeLab Cortez SP release serves as a tribute to Los Angeles's rich street culture, with a black suede and nylon base that's accented with alternating hits of blue and white on each panel's Swoosh. The resulting colorway gives off L.A. Dodgers vibes, which is further emphasized by the "L" and "A" lettering on each heel.
Sneakerheads who favor details will also appreciate the effort here, as each of the Cortez's accompanying laces feature the phrase "Por Vida" to let you know that Undefeated's movement is for life. Meanwhile, even the metal dubres feature an "Undefeated" script alongside "'02" to signify the brand's first year in business.
These are slated to drop next week on November 5 exclusively through NikeLab and Undefeated locations.
