Anytime a new NikeLab sneaker surfaces, 'heads know that they're in for a treat. Since its inception last year, NikeLab has housed some of the brand's most experimental sneakers and designs including the reintroduction of the ACG line, Acronym's insane Lunar Force 1s, and much more. The bar has been raised time and time again, and it looks like the next NikeLab sneaker will follow suit.
Known as the Payaa, this model takes on a modern runner silhouette and appears to incorporate design cues from several different Nike sneakers including the chunky Hyperfr3sh sole and the minimalist engineering of the Roshe. Elsewhere, the laces are fastened by a toggle setup, while the toe area features a subtle wavy texture. The Payaa is slated to launch in four tonal colors: black, blue, red, and off-white.
There's no release date or pricing info for these yet, but as we've seen with previous NikeLab releases, they could be officially unveiled at any moment now. We'll update you as we hear more, but keep an eye on its Instagram feed just in case.
