Foot Patrol has dropped official images of its "Squad" Gel-Lyte III, and the release date is set for Saturday, August 29, at 8:00 a.m. BST, which is 3:00 a.m. The retail price is 120 quid, or $189.
According to Foot Patrol's website, "We took elements from the O.G. gasmask logo which formed the base for the colour palette of our GEL-LYTE III.....Rounding off the theme of our co-lab is the 'FP SQUAD' embroidered logo that carries the message '11 Members, 1 Squad Leader' on the inside of the split-tongue."

Following atmos' pristine "Birthday Dinner" take on the ASICS Gel-Lyte III, the runner's 25th anniversary continues with its eighth commemorative collab of the year from London's Foot Patrol.
For this project, Foot Patrol has taken inspiration from its trademark gas mask logo, resulting in a colorway that looks fit for a post-apocalyptic military. From what we can see of the brief teaser in the video below, the sneaker's upper is based around an olive drab shade with black accents filling in the Tiger Stripes and outsole. The back panel features Foot Patrol branding, which appears to match the sock liner with a subtle hit of gold.
Although further details weren't made available, you can expect these to drop before the end of the month. Like other 25th anniversary Gel-Lyte IIIs, they will likely be limited to just 1,990 pairs worldwide. Check back soon for more info including an official release date.
