The arrival of fall has come to stand for the falling of leaves, the shortening of days and the massive consumption of pumpkin flavored things. However, another thing the dawn of autumn signals is a busier work and school schedule and the loss of free time, meaning a good workout is harder and harder to come by.

With Skylar Diggins' 5 minute workout on the Nike+ Training Club App, Nike is looking to combat this problem by making a quick exercise regimen that is convenient for you. Featuring six drills, the workout is designed for to put athletes through a highly intense workout that demands close to maximum effort for a short burst of time.

“High intensity training is definitely my favorite type of off-the-court training,” Diggins says. “I get twice the results in half the time.”

Users can access Diggin's 5 minute workout beginning on October 1 using the Nike+ Training Club App, which is available for free in the App Store.
