Brooklyn-based sneaker store Alumni will be hosting a pre-Labor Day party for the release of the "Crown Sound" mixtape.

"Crown Sound" mixtape by Alumni x Dollar Bin

Brooklyn-based sneaker boutique Alumni is taking Labor Day to another level this weekend. To commemorate the annual West Indian Day Parade, which takes place right across the street from the Crown Heights shop, Alumni has collaborated with Harlem DJ and producer Dollar Bin to release "Crown Sound," a future reggae/dancehall mixtape.

Alumni will be holding a mixtape release/pre-Labor Day party this Saturday, August 30, from 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. The jumpoff is an all-day celebration that will feature a limited release of the mixtape, free booze supplied by Flagship Brewing Company, and just good vibes and good music all around. If you're in the area, make sure to hit up Alumni at 298 Utica Ave.
