On April 12, the USA will square off against the World Select Team at the annual Nike Hoops Summit in Portland, Oregon. History will be made at this year's game, as Switzerland's Clint Cappella will become the first Swiss player to compete in the All-Star exhibition game for players aged 19 and younger.

At 6'9," the Swiss forward's abilities are garnering NBA Draft buzz, as he prepares to show off his skills to the world at the Hoops Summit. Capela moved to France from Switzerland and joined the development program at ES Chalon-Sur-Saone. Capela cracked the starting five at Chalon this season and gained valuable experience playing in the Eurocup, while also grabbing a spot on the Swiss national team that competed in the European Championship qualifiers last summer.

“I’m very happy to be the first Swiss player and I'm proud to represent my country in basketball,” Cappela says. “Because in Switzerland, it is hard to make a major impact in basketball.”
