The soap opera that is LeBron James' relationship with his signature shoe LeBron XI's has been a rollercoaster ride with more valleys than peaks. That trend continued last night when at tip-off, LeBron wore a smooth black and red PE colorway of the Nike LeBron XI.

After the 1st quarter, James switched up his shoes once again wearing the Zoom Soldier VII for the rest of the game. Performance-wise, James and the Heat jumped out to an early 22-4 lead with their starting small forward scoring 8 points in the entire first quarter. The game fell apart for Miami as OKC and Kevin Durant took control, but LeBron still finished with 34 points in the entire game.

The LeBron XI Elite can't come sooner with James quickly eschewing the XI repeatedly game after game or even worse, not wearing the shoe at all.
