Hybrid sneakers can be tricky. But when you put a 2013 air bubble on a previously-existing runner upper, it's more than likely a dope combination. As part of the "London" pack, Nike mashed-up the Air Max 1 upper with the 2013 sole, and the combination is just the touch we were looking for. The Air Max 1 is great because it's so simple. Fortunately, technology has changed drastically since 1987, and the 2013 sole is much more comfortable than the original Air Max design. No worries, you'll be able to wear these shoes on the regular—thanks to its clean design—but not sacrifice the comfort of your more modern Nike sneakers. You'll have to ante-up a little extra to score these. Nike has them available right now for $200.
