Of all the upcoming skate shoes Converse showed at Coastal Carnage this past weekend, the Sergeant really stood out. With its clean white Vulc sole and heavily perforated monochromatic gold suede upper, it looked like a premier product. Instead, it's an inline skate shoe that will retail for an absurdly reasonable $50. Complete with a cushioned sockliner and abrasion-proof laces, it's ready to shred fresh out the box.
