Decades worth of waiting followed the conclusion of the original Star Wars trilogy, but younger fans of the series have been spoiled by the recent Star Wars resurgence. Spin-offs like Rogue One have helped tide people over as they wait for the heavily-anticipated follow up to 2015's The Force Awakens.

If you enjoyed Rogue One—it grossed over $1 billion, so chances are you did—then we have some great news for you. The president of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy, confirmed the presence of another future spin-off during an interview with Vanity Fair:

Vanity Fair: You have the “young Han Solo” story film coming out next year, and Episode IX in 2019. Is there another story film in production or pre-production, beyond the Han Solo one?

2020 is a long way off, and there are several Star Wars movies set to release in the meantime. The Last Jedi hits theaters in late 2017, the young Han Solo spin-off featuring Donald Glover drops in 2018, and the still unnamed Episode IX is expected to drop in 2019. But this is news worth getting excited about, and now we'll get to spend the next few weeks trying to figure out who will be the next subject of a spin-off story.

Though they haven't decided on a direction yet, there have been a few clues on possibilities from people who worked on the series. An Obi-Wan movie has been the subject of rumors for years, and Ewan McGregor—who played the character in the prequel series—recently said he'd be happy to take the role again if mutual interest was there.

“There’s no official offer, and I haven’t met them about it or anything,” he said. “But I’ve always said that I’d be happy to do it if they wanted to do it. It would be a good segue between the last episode of the prequels and the new episodes."

Other characters from the series, like the iconic bounty hunter Boba Fett or Jedi master Yoda, have had their names pop up as potential subjects for standalone movies. There are countless options to choose from, thanks to the rich cast of characters and massive expanded universe Star Wars is a part of.

Personally, I'd like to see members of the Empire or dark wielders of the Force get their own chance to shine as subjects, because the Star Wars series has plenty of tales about the heroes who banded together to save the day. But even if we get yet another look at the good guys in the 2020 spin-off, we're still getting another Star Wars movie, and that's always worth celebrating.
