Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, stars of the critically acclaimed documentary Rob & Chyna, are celebrating their one-year anniversary this week. Kardashian shared a retrospective clip on Instagram Wednesday to mark the occasion, prompting a few racked brains among fans. Though a well-timed anniversary 'gram wouldn't usually be worthy of a few hundred words and an entire team of "insiders," Kardashian's message is actually the latest in a series of dramatic twists in the ChyRo saga.
Both Kardashian and Chnya have (again) decided to put their "highly publicized drama" behind them, a source toldE! News Wednesday. The couple wants to start their relationship off on the right foot at the top of a new year, with Rob's health reportedly now a "main priority" for the entire family.
If those sources are delivering truth, then what a ride the ChyRo path to bliss has been. In December alone, Kardashian and Chyna allegedly endured everything from reportedly setting a (possibly televised) wedding date to apologizing for an alleged Eggo waffles and BBQ sauce dispute. Their baby-centered TV special also premiered that month, followed by reconciliation rumors for the holidays.
Naturally, viewers of documentary television with an apparent distrust of the world at large have been calmly tweeting about this whole ChyRo thing being "fake" for some time now:
But what do they know? At any rate, the fact that all is now (seemingly!) well with Kardashian and Chyna will surely give those aforementioned conspiracy theorists something to tweet about.
Long live ChyRo.
