Raise your hand if you're a music repeat offender. What's that? That's when you listen to the same song (or album) on repeat until you're officially sick of it. Anyone who does this knows there's always that awkward resting period until you find the next song or album to listen to incessantly on repeat. But where do you find them?

Go90's new series, Wreckroom: Brooklyn Sessions is solving that dilemma. Host and creator Adrian Grenier has converted the basement of his Brooklyn townhouse into a recording studio and opening it up to the public. In an attempt to give unknown bands a voice and a place to record, the former Entourage star is also giving us a look at new bands and some sick new music.

On this episode, Brooklyn-based band, Dalton (can you guess which Patrick Swayze movie they named themselves after?), stops by and plays their hit "New Time" along with dropping some pearls of wisdom on the music industry.

If you're still itching for some new music, check out all the episode of Wreckroom: Brooklyn Sessions now on go90
