Oprah Winfrey initially had the same reaction as a lot of Americans upon finding out that Donald Trump had won the election—she told interviewers that she was in disbelief. But it seems as if she has changed her mind, and Twitter users are not here for it.

On Thursday, Winfrey looked at Trump's meeting with Obama, and decided things really weren't so bad after all. She tweeted a picture of the meeting with the message, "Everybody take a deep breath! #HopeLives!"

When talking to the Associated Press, the television icon elaborated:

"I could sense, maybe I'm wrong, but I could sense from Donald Trump's body language even when he came out for the acceptance speech, that brotha has been humbled by this world thing," she said. "I think it's a humbling process that now you literally have the weight of the world on your shoulders."

Oprah's comments met with heavy backlash from people, famous and otherwise, who felt that taking a deep breath wasn't really an option.
