'Glee' Star Mark Salling Is Reportedly Under Investigation for Raping a Woman

Police are reviewing files to decide whether they will file rape charges against the actor.

Only months after Mark Salling was indicted on child pornography charges, the Glee star is reportedly under investigation again for allegedly raping a woman, according to reports at TMZ

An unidentified woman, claims she was dating the actor for a few months when they allegedly went into a room to have consensual sex. But when she allegedly changed her mind and told him "I can't do this," the actor allegedly refused to stop and forced himself on her, according to a April 2016 police report obtained by TMZ.

Salling's rape allegations follow his indictment on two child pornography charges in May 2016. Authorities reportedly discovered thousands of child pornography photos and videos at his Los Angeles home. The actor plead not guilty to the two charges in June. 

In 2013, Salling was also accused of forcibly having unprotected sex with his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela, according to Us Weekly. Gorzela reportedly filed a lawsuit against her ex, which was eventually settles in Mar. 2015 for more than $2.7 million. 

Regarding his most recent rape allegations, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is reportedly deciding whether they will file rape charges against Salling, according to reports.
