Khloé Kardashian stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday and opened up about how her family is coping with the recent armed robbery of Kim Kardashian in Paris. According to Khloé, her sister isn't doing very well right now and fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians should expect the terrifying experience to bring about some "life adjustments" in the months ahead.
Speaking with Ellen DeGeneres and special co-host Kevin Hart, Khloé said the trauma of the situation is still setting in for everyone. "I mean, [Kim's] not doing that well," she said. "It's incredibly traumatic what happened to her. But our family is super close and great and we'll get through this together. We do appreciate all of your guys' love and support. It will take time."
As for how the multimillion-dollar armed robbery will impact the family's future plans for public appearances and social media, fans should expect a slowdown. "I think it's just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments," Khloé told Ellen. "This is a really serious matter, and for Kim I think that’s really personal as to when that emotional, like, terror…you could move on from that."
The most recent update on the investigation being carried out by Paris authorities arrived via Us Weekly on Monday, with sources claiming that police now believe the attackers set up an elaborate "double bluff" escape ploy to throw them off. "There is no way a gang like this would drop stuff and fall off bicycles," an alleged police source said. "All that was done for any cameras that might be in the area. It is far more likely that they played around on bikes for a few minutes after stealing the jewels, and when they still had their masks on, before they all got into a van and disappeared."
