Comedian Katt Williams has been arrested again in Georgia. Williams was jailed in Fulton County Thursday after being charged with criminal damage to property of the second degree, the Atlanta Journal-Constitutionreported.

Jail records appear to show that the "criminal damage to property" offense dates back to February, though Williams wasn't booked until Sept. 15. Additional information has not been made available. The Fulton County Sheriff's Office did not immediately respond to Complex's request for comment.

Williams has endured a particularly eventful year with regards to legal troubles, having previously been involved in alleged incidents in Atlanta including a scuffle with a teen and a physical dispute with a local pool story employee. In August, Williams was sued for allegedly knocking out one of his former personal assistants. TMZreported last month that Williams' former assistant was suing the comedian for $1 million in damages for an incident on a movie set in 2014 in which Williams allegedly began "violently striking" her face.

The storied comedian's appearance in the 2017 comedy Bastards was teased this week with the release of the film's first trailer. The movie stars Owen Wilson and Ed Helms as two brothers on a quest to find out the identity of their biological dad, with Williams and Ving Rhames rounding out the cast.

Williams currently has multiple tour dates planned across the U.S. in October and November, though it's unclear if these recent legal troubles will have any impact on his schedule. In the meantime, keep it locked to this post for additional information.
