Are you currently paying through the nose to live in a complete sh*thole, due to ever-spiraling London rents? The people who live in this sick-looking penthouse near Paddington station are looking for a flatmate, and have just put an advert on Spare Room. Oh, yeah, and it’s completely rent free.

Not only does it look incredible, it also has a team of staff on hand — cleaning and laundry is all covered, and there is even a chef. So what’s the deal? The owners are apparently tech entrepreneurs who don’t need the cash, but want “to find an interesting flatmate to hang out with.” The ad says:

…we want some good company — someone to hang out with, party with, bounce ideas around with and generally enjoy all that London has to offer.

Spare Room confirmed to Dazed Digital that the ad is real, and not a stunt or anything. They also told Dazed  that one of the flatmates said “he’d just got divorced” and was looking to meet new people.
