PS4 fans may have managed to get hold of one the year’s most anticipated games almost two weeks before they were supposed too. Uncharted 4 isn’t officially released until May 10, but copies of the game have apparently already hit the streets in Europe. Trade publication MCV reports that one gamer clams to have picked the much-hyped sequel up in their local branch of CEX.

Talking to Videogamer, the individual only known as ‘Shabz’ says: "I went in to CEX... to actually buy myself a camera lens. When I went to the counter to purchase the lens I saw behind the shop assistant that there was Uncharted 4 so as a try I said can I also get a copy of Uncharted 4, he just picked it up and rang it through the till. The game cost £55.” He also adds that the multiplayer isn’t working yet and the trophies aren’t syncing, underlying the fact that he shouldn’t have his hands on it yet.

There are also unconfirmed reports that Amazon customers in Germany and the US have already received copies of the game.
