Kirk Cameron is back it again. The Saving Christmas actor (which was ranked the worst film on IMDB at one point) continues his penchant for delivering nauseatingly awful messages for those who happen to be female and/or a member of the LGBT community. The former ’80s star, who is currently touring churches across the country to spread the good word on successful marriages, has some sound advice for wedded women.

"Wives are to honor and respect and follow their husband's lead, not to tell their husband how he ought to be a better husband," he told the Christian Post. "When each person gets their part right, regardless of how their spouse is treating them, there is hope for real change in their marriage."

Good news for those with abusive partners. Everything will be just fine as long as you get your part right. Listen to Mike Seaver’s sound advice and things will work out, regardless of how awfully you’re being treated.

But Kirk isn’t the only Cameron speaking out on marriage. His younger sister Candace, who stars on the Netflix reboot Fuller House, admitted in her book Balancing It All: My Story of Juggling Priorities and Purpose that she prefers to be submissive. However, she’s not referring to the Oxford definition of the word.

"The definition I'm using with the word 'submissive' is the biblical definition of that," she explained. "So, it is meekness, it is not weakness. It is strength under control, it is bridled strength. And that's what I choose to have in my marriage."

If only Kirk had enough controlled strength to stop talking.
