Khloé Kardashian Has Some Thoughts on Your Fav Sex Positions: "I'm Not a Missionary Girl"

Khloé Kardashian has delivered the highly anticipated sequel to last week's definitive ranking of sex fetishes: an equally definitive breakdown of the caloric intake math behind some of your favorite and/or least favorite sex positions. Though the mathematical aspects of Khloé's latest post on her official website are indeed quite a thrill for all the numbers enthusiasts out there, her commentary on everything from missionary (boring) to doggystyle (slightly less boring) is the real star here.

"I'm all about having fun with fitness and it's the best way to stay motivated to work out," Khloé writes. "I had my team put together a list of sex positions that burn the most calories, because what’s more fun than getting down?" According to Khloé, who also revealed that she often uses a sex calculator to keep track of all the calories said "getting down" actually burns, the infamous missionary position just doesn't cut it. "I'm not a missionary girl," Khloé says, noting that the position burns way more calories for men than women.

Though doggystyle doesn't score a full-on co-sign from Khloé, she's not entirely against it as something to keep in one's sex arsenal. "I won't say no to a little doggystyle action," Khloé admits. "Doggystyle sex is actually a really great workout for your abs and arms." Relatively less common positions, i.e. standing and the yoga-nodding Lotus, also score some enthusiasm from the Kocktails With Khloé host. However, Khloé saved the bulk of her sex position hype for two potentially complementary jams: the shoulder and reverse cowgirl.

By Khloé's best estimates, the shoulder is "apparently the best sex position when it comes to getting in a full workout." The position, as its name implies, requires some serious maneuvering but is apparently worth the hustle because each thrust works "everything." As for the benefits of reverse cowgirl, the total calories burned during a typical session may not be extremely high (75) but the outcome is always good. "A position like reverse cowgirl will not only get the job done," Khloé says, "it'll give your core a hardcore workout!"
