As any loyal public transportation aficionado (or rich person with a driver) will tell you, driving yourself around absolutely sucks. Not only do you have to read everyone's stupid bumper stickers, you also have to deal with traffic that's often so egregiously ridiculous that you're temporarily inspired to abandon the act of leaving your house entirely. These easily justifiable complaints aside, there's apparently no traffic jam quite like those found in China.

"This is what happens when people come back from vacation in China and try to get into Beijing," reads the video's description. Chinese Golden Week celebrations recently came to a close, as noted by the Daily Dot, making the action on this major highway even more overwhelming than usual. The footage, reportedly filmed along the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway, documents a jam that was estimated to be at least six miles in length.

Though likely assisted by the recent implementation of a new checkpoint along the highway and a heavy fog presence, this is truly a traffic jam worth screaming profanities about.
