Netflix Announces Premiere Date for 'Marvel's Jessica Jones'

The highly anticipated Netflix series Marvel's Jessica Jones finally has a premiere date. The series, starringKrysten Ritter (Breaking Bad, Veronica Mars) as iconic New York detective and former (?) superhero Jessica Jones, joins a growing roster of Marvel series on the streaming platform including this year's Daredevil, in addition to the forthcoming Luke Cage and Iron Fist.

The series is part of Marvel and Netflix's ingenious lead-up to the crossover-heavy Marvel's The Defenders, which is expected to feature main characters from each Marvel / Netflix collaboration.
