Families in America'sFred Armisen's favorite city have spent the past few weeks on edge, as the so-called "Portland Pooper" has been terrorizing the town with his dedication to public defecation. On multiple occasions, the daring villain has left generous fecal gifts near an office building. The most chilling aspect of this man's poop attacks, however, is the fact that he reportedly arrives with his own toilet paper.
The owner of the building, choosing to hide his identity during an interview with local outlet KOIN 6, recently installed a camera in an effort to catch the poopatrator on camera. The very next day, that happened. According to the owner, the man is shown in the footage unloading his emotional weight before apparently noticing the camera. "You can tell he knows something is going on," says the owner.
Flyers have been posted and shared around Portland, despite resembling flyers for a local punk band with a politically charged EP release party to promote. If caught, the unidentified man / possible one-man-punk-band faces charges of "offensive littering" and public indecency. Hopefully, his decision to arrive at his favorite outdoor defecation spot with his own toilet paper will soften his eventual sentence.
