The Three-Eyed Raven wasn't around much in the last season of Game of Thrones, but the character will be coming back in season 6—and he'll be played by a new actor. Max von Sydow, famous for playing Father Merrin in the Exorcist, will take over the role from Struan Rodger.

Variety reports that Sydow's character may not necessarily have a lot of screen time, but will still play a huge role in some of the season's events. Actually, both the Raven and Bran Stark (played by Isaac Hempstead Wright) will be coming back, as the all-seeing guru continues to teach Stark how to "warg," or literally put his mind inside the bodies of other animals and people around him. Creepy, but okay, you've got our attention.

Variety also reports that the cast and crew have started filming in Europe. Eeek!
