This historic week of outed secrets continues, following the skeez-halting hack of AshleyMadison.com and that Sopranos-nodding viral clip of a purported cheater's birthday surprise, with an official confirmation from someone on the inside that the McDonald'ssecret menu is very much a real thing.

In a recent Reddit AMA, a McDonald's manager based in Scotland not only confirmed the long-rumored menu's existence — he also offered suggestions on what to embrace and what to most definitely avoid:

You can order from the 'Secret Menu'. Just like with any of our sandwiches, you can add, remove or change ingredients by special request. These are called 'grill orders' (i.e. Big Mac no pickle)

Though this particular manager was admirably quick to acknowledge the gelatinous misfortune of the fast food chain's attempts at chicken, his refusal to elaborate on the McGangBang is unsettling. According to Internet Dot Com, the exquisitely named McGangBang is:
