A Kentucky woman who wore a pro-crystal meth t-shirt when she was arrested for selling meth last year has been spared indictment from a grand jury, officials say.

The Smoking Gun reports that the Laurel County, Ky. grand jury elected not to indict 37-year-old Deborah Asher and her accomplice, 57-year-old Richard Rice, last week. The duo was arrested last fall on felony narcotics charges after they were caught with over three grams of crystal meth and digital scales:

Circuit Court documents show that no witness appeared before the grand jury, apparently prompting jurors to reject charges against Asher and Rice. A sheriff’s spokesperson said he was attempting to determine why investigators did not testify before the panel.

According to the Smoking Gun, Asher spent roughly three months behind bars following her extradition to Ohio for separate charges. In addition, Rice is already in the process of serving three years in jail in connection with an unrelated drug charges.
