Grand Rapids, Mich. police have issued a warrant for a 19-year-old woman seen running over another woman in the video above. The incident began as a street fight between Jalin Smith-Walker and the unnamed victim, with a gallery of spectators and little intervention. A few of the spectators can be heard yelling, "Let them fight."
The situation escalates when Smith-Walker gets in her car and begins to pull away. The unnamed victim throws a heavy object (a tree trunk, maybe?) at the windshield before Smith-Walker runs her over slowly and takes off. Police have charged her with assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
Smith-Walker has previously been arrested for hitting someone with her car. In December her and a friend were busted for hitting and dragging two security guards who were chasing them for shoplifting.
