In season five of The Chris Rock Show the comedian delivers a hilarious but poignant instructions on how not to get your ass kicked by the police. The reminder of how African-Americans deal with a different police force rings just as true today, as Chris Rock has used social media to capture the phenomenon known as driving while black.

Rock was pulled over last night for the third time in seven weeks. During each police interaction he's posted a selfie to Twitter via WhoSay. Last night's photo is above, and below are two more posts from February.

Why he's been pulled over is unclear, but the regularity reeks of racial profiling, especially when Rock wasn't even driving one of the times he was stopped. Like a lot of his material, the "wish me luck" gets a laugh but is also a stinging reminder racism's persistence in America.
