FX has finally announced a premiere date for Season 5 of Louie.
The absolute best show on TV dealing with themes of ice cream bingeing and masturbation will be back April 9 at 10 p.m., the same night FX's new Billy Crystal series The Comedians premieres.
The even more intriguing news coming out of the cable network is that Louis C.K. is writing a pilot for a new series centered around his beautifully foul-mouthed Louie costar Pamela Adlon, which C.K. will also direct.
Adlon also starred as Louie's beautifully foul-mouthed wife on the tragically short-lived HBO series Lucky Louie, and you might remember her as the beautifully foul-mouthed wife to Charlie Runkle on Showtime's Californication.
